This gens surf fodder pokemon is fucking awful
It's movepool is shallow and it's worse then a thousand tentacruel

It's this fat navy blue fish with this kind of smug look on it's face, it's eyes are purpleish and it's got a light blue face, a dark stripe, then another light stripe. The rest of it's body is navy blue though. It's got huge wing like fins as well and the edges of it are the same light blue it's face is.

I hate this fucking thing because it looks so goddamn smug and it's so bad. I think it has a pre-evo but I'm not even gonna bother with it.
