So cheated pokemon will not transfer on the transporter... I spread a pokerus that I'm guessing was originally from a hacked pokemon. Are my pokemon then considered cheated? Will I be able to transfer those pokemon?

Your Pokemon all have The Cheat on them. You gotta release them or your entire game card will be invalidated by the Nintendium Police.

If a Pokemon is created correctly, literally nothing can tell that it's hacked.

There is no fancy magical security on Pokémon, it's really easy to hack Pokémon to be indistinguishable from unedited Pokémon. Pokégen and a DS game can make Pokémon files which are, bit for bit, identical.

Things with hacked Pokérus are even less at risk, they literally have one bit changed, which was even switched by the game itself.

Unlikely. If you're breeding and passing down three IVs and nature and stuff, then theoretically there's about a one in 30,000 chance of getting the exact same Pokémon as you just got. That's a tiny chance, but with millions of players, it's not something they'd want to do.

IIRC there are also some events with set IVs (and most events have IDs set) so it would cause problems with that as well.

The only pokemon people should worry about are the pokemon that has only been distributed via event. Every other pokemon should be extremely easy to hack up and transfer over.

and Im sure they could make exceptions for event mons. Not saying it will happen by any means but its possible.
