Would have to be Porygon-Z. I love that crazy fucker. I love the whole Porygon line actually. Honorable mentions to Tangrowth and Electivire though.

So many bros, but Scrafty comes out above the rest, and is currently my favorite Pokemon. My EV trained Scrafty is also currently the only Pokemon that I really want to transfer to X/Y.
