They're $7.99 each for the one, while the boxes with Fennekin/Meowth, etc are $7.99 for the 2.
From what I could tell, they had Pikachu, Bulbasaur and Chikorita. They also had bigger three packs with the full evo stage, but just the grass guys.
Not pictured are larger sets with a Pokeball. Those ones they just had the final stage fire type starters.
