I am going to try to rush through the older Pokemon games before X/Y come out.
What games should I go with?
I am thinking either Red or FireRed, followed by Gold or HeartGold, then Emerald, Platinum, Black and Black 2.

I want /vp/'s opinion though, should I use the remakes or the originals, if I am using the Originals should I use Crystal, should I use Emerald and Platinum or Ruby and Pearl?
