ITT: Favourite Area in pokemon.
Personally, I love flower paradise. I read about tweaking in D/P and I remember running those 64,000 steps in the mystery zone to get there and being amazed.

You can tweak the game to force a loading glitch, which allows you access the mystery zone and if you walk 64,000 steps north and reset the game, you will land yourself in flower paradise, Youtube the guide, its really easy. However , get it wrong and you can brick the game. I've done it plenty of times.

When I was a kid I loved the idea of a pokemon living in this expensive-looking pink room when the rest of the lighthouse looked so broken. I thought the lighthouse was supposed to be crumbling because of the holes in the floor that dropped you to other levels, so the idea of a lonely girl and her sick pokemon living in this comfortable room really stuck with me.

Mt. Silver definitely tops it for me.

Just play it on an emulator, nobody will blame you for it. You have to play Platinum, man, it has those little things that make it like 10 times better than D/P, and it's actually my favorite Pokemon game. Also, amazing music and bro-tier starters. Download a rom and play it while you wait X/Y, you can finish it in about a week.

I liked all the event islands in R/S/E
just have such a cool "Wild" and "mysterious" feel to them.
Really liked exploring navel rock, and pushing through that one island lati@s was on (I forget the name though)

That route sort of defines Gen III to me. I skipped R/S for Emerald so I didn't play it when it first came out, but I remember seeing a girl play it in my 6th grade class and being amazed by how sophisticated the graphics looked. The buildings not being cubes, the thick grass, the water, the different paths for different bikes, it was mind blowing.

Are you using vba? vba-m is better and your copy of sapphire could be an edited or corrupted one. Normally I'd sugest using emuparadise (use for emerald) but for ruby and sapphire they both have a shitty intro by an entitled cunt so get them from coolrom. for vba-m just google it they have a site I use build 1204 for window and I'm running it in wine on linux so wether you have linux or window it work to lazy to do a terminal install for it on linux tho there is a new better build tho.

I was playing Ruby completly blind, after hours of playtime I found a little path near Pacifidlog City, and I see the Sky Pillar, I didn't know what was it and what's inside.
Get to the top and found a Lvl.70 Rayquaza.
I really loved this place because I found it after 70-80 hours of playtime ! I was so glad to discover a new place after so much time !
(Don't ask me for the Regi's quest because without solutions it was nearly impossible, especially without the Braille guide)

I actually kinda liked it. It's like after gym 6, you're REALLY leaving home and embarking on your great journey to finish the adventure. This would work a lot better if the geographic progression from gym 6 --> Elite 4 was more linear, though.

You can ride on the bridge proper, though. Or seems a bit ridiculous, and more than a little aggravating, that they'd have this little patch on a high-traffic area where you're arbitrarily not allowed to use your bicycle. It's just as annoying as how the gatehouses used to be.
