Because "lawyer" is my college degree, but I never really worked as "lawyer" (suing people and such). When I finished I tried but since I didnt find any bufete that wanted to hire me and didnt have money to establish myself I had to work in whatever I found, administrative, counselor, isurance seller... Of course the most time passed most difficult was to find something as "lawyer". At this point my experience as lawyer is zero, so then again I can't find or establish myself even when I finished college 10 years ago. So I have to continue doing whatever I find.

No, I was obsessed with it during Gens 1 and 2, lost interest in Gen 3. Got back into it at the start of Gen 4.

No, there was a hiatus during 3rd gen and I'm not sure if I want to be there for 6th gen because there a lot more interesting games than Pokemon, so time for another hiatus. Reason why I'm still on /vp/ is for Dawn because she is still best protag girl since gen 4.
