I am SO excited for the Gen 2 - Gen 3 connectivity. It was a great idea how the pokémon you traded from RBY to GSC could hold certain items or be a certain gender in different ratios. Maybe Gen 3 will introduce something like special abilities in Pokémon and we'll get interesting trades from our games. I'm psyched!

Guys, I was thinking. You know how RBY gave us Ditto, which copies the Pokemon? And GSC gave us Smeargle, which copies movies? I was thinking, what if the "copycat" for RS copied types? I don't know how it would work exactly, maybe a move called Type Change or something, but basically it takes on the opponent's exact type matchup. It could even be a chameleon or something, since chameleons change color. You could call it Copyeleon or something.

My dad works for gamefreak and he said they have a new legendary call "deoxyis" or something. Its based off of an alien/virus. It can change forms and is available in game. Its theme sounds edgy.

Guy with the rom here and I say stuff it! There's islands to break up the monotony and you can just use a bunch of max repels anyway to ward off the wild encounters. The new Pokemon are also really diverse and it's not like the rival was important anyway.
