We know you'll get a kanto starter early in the game plus the wifi distribution torchic, doesn't mean you won't get other starters postgame. We got Kanto AND Hoenn starters in HG/SS.

Also they did away with the regional dex, national dex from the first step now. Fucking finally. So maybe they can be found with pokeradar or shaking grass or something, too early to say.

Otherwise transfer them. I think I have at least one of each starter.
