/vp/ was originally /tr/.
It was right around BW release time, so the board was full of hype, speculation, actual discussion and overall just a quality board.

It started as /vp/ iirc, but at some point it became /tr/, which was what it was when I started posting here. Then it got changed back for whatever reason.

I miss us being /tr/ainers.

We have always technically been /vp/. We just inexplicably had /tr/- Team Rocket on the board title, even though all of our links were actually /vp/.

It created a lot of "are we /tr/ainers or /vp/oreons" conversations though....
