Your mother is a Wailord and gives you the Wailord Boots, which are boots that you can not remove after recieving and make you walk 3x slower.
You can get Wailordinite Stones from the mart for free, but Wailord doesn't have a mega-evo, so they do nothing.
You can only use surf if you have 6 Wailord with you that know surf.
