I think you should actually read before you try to "lay down the law".
Also, using Pokegen to create a team of pokemon IS cheating. You are doing something that's considered by Nintendo, most tourneys, and most trainers to be giving you an unfair advantage.
It's the same idea as using steroids, as I said. You could get that good with training, lifting, and working hard, but you'd rather use a drug to get where you want quickly and efficiently. That's cheating, since you aren't playing the game to get good like everyone else is.
