So /vp/
I see you're all worried about that "leaker" saying Kalos only has 70 new pokemon based on Xerneas' pokedex number being 719
HOWEVER
There's a big contradiction here we're missing, and it's that the Kalos pokedex has already been confirmed to contain several old pokemon, with a screenshot proving that some like Zigzagoon are implemented early on.
The way our leaker phrases implies that there are 70 new pokemon he had seen based on the idea that all pokemon up to Xerneas are new, however we know for a fact that there are at least 20 or more old pokemon included.
Furthermore, supposing that the Kalos region pokedex is that small would be illogical, considering that if we include the pokemon revealed so along with ones that have safe bets evolutions, we'd get at least over 50 new pokemon, which would add up to well over 70 mixed with older pokemon, plus I doubt they'd reveal every evolutionary family before release.
Now this could all imply several things including:
>our leaker recieved the images, which are true, but added fake information to get a response
>our leaker was misinformed, and due to rushing the game for review purposes, didn't realize that there are 3 different Kalos pokedex parts and missed out on a lot of pokemon along the way
>he made everything up
Now /vp/, which preposition do you believe?
