Note that pokemon is NOT banned on /v/ like generals are. You can create a thread to talk about x and y like any other vidya. You can talk about RBY on /vr/. This board is for other pokemon things in addition to talking about the games and anime. The wifi threads, showdown/showderp, ect, things that ARE deleted by /v/ janitors.
Moot learned the hard way what deleting boards does, /new/ going to spread antisemitic shit everywhere on the site was one example of why containment boards are a good thing, when you remove a board you guarantee another board will be shit for months.
