When i play games on that i used to play on my old 3DS it looks blurry unless im holding the screen just right where it gets brighter and clears it up..

Well i feel really stupid guys..Im so used to my old 3ds that i didnt know that the XL's click off when u slide it down!! Thanks for the help i was in fucking panic mode
