Only the big, well-known companies will be able to get their hands on this early, because Nintendo wants to minimize the risk of this releasing. It's already big-name, so they don't need a whole bunch of people running around with copies of the game to spread word.
And that's not even including the fact that this person obviously has a camera as they have posted these images, and every single digital camera on the market today has at least some video recording capability.
I really fell hard for this bait, I know.
