Yes; but it is annoyingly hard.
Your best bet is to just build one so it has the legal moves you want, then breed it with a male/ female clone of the same Pokemon, then train it.
You still have to do annoying EV shits, but at least you won't have to worry about breeding.

Also Event Pokemon will never work, so enjoy your timed exclusive dlc bullshit gamefreak will jerk off until the heat death of the universe.

the pokémon data is just a number

pokégen / pokéGTS can generate the number

it is indistinguishable

Saying otherwise is like saying there is a difference between 10824 and 10824 because the former was thought up by yourself and the latter by your mom.

Been using pokedit and even the event Pokemon I generate turn up as fake. But do does a Sableye with Signal Beam I had traded to me from Black 2 White 2.

Just pokemon launder, go onto the GTS and make yourself a set of breeding dittos with perfect IVs and all of the commonly used natures, then make the pokemon you want and breed it with one of the dittos, it'll keep any egg moves and with two perfect IV parents will most likely have perfect IVs too, and there's a good chance it'll take the mother's nature as well.

Actually, this is false. Pokegen only has a couple thousand PIDs to pull from, and the new hack check they made for XY knows which PIDs are not legit. It was tested during the last online GBU tournament. Legit Pokemon have billions of possible PIDs, and Pokegen only has a few thousand or less like I said previously. With an updated hack check, those particular PIDs are easily recognized and blocked.

The hack check would then look at what date/time/frame that PID is generated and if it matches, they pass I suppose. Pokegen has no way to tie the PIDs it generates to actual seeds created by the in-game RNG.

Go look at 3rd Gen RNGd Pokemon on Pokecheck. The legality analysis will tell you EXACTLY what seed the Pokemon was caught with.
