Nintendo wanted the leaked images gone, and had their lawyer send notices to the sites to make them do so, but the lawyer ended up sending a letter that asked them to "take down ALL images relating to Black and White and never post any in the future". Shit got clarified when they contacted Nintendo's people.
But yeah, it's pretty clear that WPM is in extreme danger of receiving another such letter and get on Nintendo's shitlist for good, and that Serebii really wants to avoid such a letter.
