I don't have a problem with any pokemon, not one. I like some designs more than others, but in the end I can find something I like about every pokemon. I even unironically like Staraptor and Vanilluxe.

It was a needed evolution for a mediocre 2nd gen pokemon. Besides that, unlike what most people associate with it, I think the mob boss motif is kind of cool.

I like it for the same reason I like Pidgeot. While it's not a fantastic pokemon in looks or competitive viability (I don't competitive too often so don't quote me on that), it's a nice early pokemon that's got good in game viability. Plus, I like it's gender differences. Kind of unique.

Actually my favorite pokemon. Sort of stupid adorable look to it, and another surprising in game shit wrecker. Used it as a starter replacement in White 2 and it kept surprising me with how good it could be.

While I don't plan on using it's gimmick, I do think Furfrou has a cool one. Customizable pokemon to a small degree is actually kinda nice. Besides that, normal typing with an ability that decreases physical damage is just awesome.

Well, no, there's just one Pokemon I have a problem with, and that's Luvdisc. I don't hate it, but I just find it boring. All others I have no problem with.

I have yet to hear a coherent argument in favor of keeping IVs the way they are that isn't based on pure masochism.
As a matter of fact, I *don't* want to invest any more time into one game than breeding for egg moves, natures and abilities already takes, and neither do ALL competitive players, that's why Pokégen exists.
Those who have the free time to get all perfect IVs purely by chance are not more "hardcore" than me, they are losers in every sane sense of the word and don't deserve to be rewarded for that, let alone dictate how others should play.
