They're releasing a new online thingy with X/Y and I assume there will be some way to get hidden abilities through that, or in game. A large chunk of the most relevant hidden ability carrying pokemon can also be found in grottoes in BW2, including multiscale dragonite, moxie salamence, drizzle politoed, and drought ninetails.
