Does anyone know if they'll have a way to get pokemon with hidden abilities in X/Y? Will it be in the new internet thing?

I won't be able to get my old games online anymore due to retarded wifi issues but apparently 3DS games are actually in the 21st century when it comes to working with wifi security so X/Y should be easier to connect with.

Mostly I want a drizzle politoed without having to rely on grottoes. I got a multiscale dragonite from them and it took fucking forever.
