>>14092213No, actually. The games are tied to the 3DS. There's no linked account shit like Sony, unfortunately. Once you download a game onto your 3DS, the only way for it to work on another 3DS is if you use a system transfer. You can't back it up, have something happen to your 3DS, and then transfer it onto another system. If you transfer the files onto a computer, they will only work on the 3DS they were downloaded on.
