He's good, but as someone whose played plenty of Ubers I honestly think it's overrated

I have been playing in Ubers recently (with a team made up of NU, RU, UU, and Starmie), and the only things which have consistently given me problems are scarfed Kyogres, Darkrai, and Swords Dance+Extremespeed Arceus.
