what if
the list of Pokemon eligible for sky battles includes all flying types, everything that gets Levitate, and everything that learns Fly
this explains how MegazardX can stay airborne despite losing its flying type (or maybe it's because you could send it at first anyway)
still, this would mean you can use Golurk on sky battles!
