I thought they were posted on the PokeBeach forums first but I looked into it and that was just another guy who just leaked Hawlucha and that weird pie thing. Now I'm scared. Why would they show more than half of the new Pokemon before the game comes out?

I don't buy it for a minute. Personally, I think somebody saw that ONE of the dexs (keep in mind there are THREE for Kalos, Central, Mountain and Coast) only had 70 new pokemon in it and thought that was it. I'm gonna guess that each regional dex has some carry-over with certain pokemon (like Vivillion being in all three, caterpie being in central and coastal) and the rest being filled out with new pokemon. I really doubt that they'd give us a game with less than 100 new pokemon, and certainly not just 70 when they've already released 40. That's just not something that would happen.

Those were all the pokemon you could get before the second badge in Black and White. We knew about every single one of them from Corocoros and leaks and whatnot just like we already know about all the new pokemon we've seen before the 2nd gym in X and Y. It only seems worse here because there's like 3 dozen old pokemon around too. People need to calm the fuck down, stop being so pessimistic and reactionary, and just wait until a leaker gets further in the game. There's going to be new pokemon and there's going to be more than just 70, just relax.

Nope. Kosthedin pointed out that all the regional dexes together add up to 220 pokemon in the Kalos regional dex. Not only that, he said there was a lot of overlap, with the same pokemon occupying two or three of the dexes.

We saw people play for 8+ hours, get up to the 4th gym, and see nothing new. And yet we're getting a MOUNTAIN of Gen 1 and 3 pokemon in the wild nad trainer battles.

This is going to be the smallest batch of new pokemon ever.

What someone said earlier is probably true: For every mega-evolution that's one new pokemon that wasn't made.

The guy from the stream and that guy who's instagram got shut down didn't even make it to the 2nd gym. The only one who might have gotten past the 2nd gym is that girl on instagram and even then we can't be too sure because her starter is still near the same level the other two's starters were.

So no, nobody's gotten to the 4th gym. And even if someone did (which they haven't), wouldn't you think we would have seen a picture of it by now?

I hated Johto's Pokemon selection. I wanted to use new mons but it was flooded with shit I've already seen in Kanto. And you can't even get a bunch of them until either after the E4 or very late in the game.
