So I got into a Pokemon mood last month and decided to play the two Gens I've never even touched games for: II and V. I decided on V first because I was in the mood for something newer and had a blast with White 1 and White 2.

However, now that I'm moving to Gen II, I'm wondering whether it's still worth playing Crystal or if I should just skip it and go directly to HG/SS. Is Crystal still worth playing now that there's remakes?
