Mewtwo comes with Psychic, Swift, Barrier/Safeguard and Recover, and WILL fuck you up if you take too much to catch it. The HGSS one had a travesty of a moveset, but having a good one would imply you'd steamroll Red with it.

they skip every gym battle except the first and last. They skip every elite 4 battle and most of the champion battle (they only show charizard vs blastoise)

It covers Red getting started off, his battle with Brock, Pokemon Tower, the Rocket takeover of Silph Co., Red's 8th Gym Battle, the Pokemon League and Cerulean Cave. The rest is sort of skimmed over or skipped altogether. I think it goes for 1 hour and 40 minutes or something altogether
