I'm not necessarily against the idea of Megas, but most of them are relatively poorly designed and I'd much rather them devote their time and resources to brand new pokemon instead of glorified Limit Breakers.

I thought this too when I found out that they were bringing in Megas.
3D Ill accept.
A new type will seem a bit weird.
But Megas? Not that I hate it, its just simply a bit much for ONE new game. I thought they might ease into it, but hot damn, I just asked you to change your shirt and you come back down in a tuxedo!
