Part of me wants to believe there's going to be some awesome Pokemon underneath all the stuff we've seen so far. Haxorus-tier awesome. It's a case of not being able to judge until I've seen it all.
However, I don't like most of the releases. Lately they've been disappointing me, it's killed my hype. I'm still looking forward to it but for once I'm legitimately disappointed with the announcements.
Good points:
>Gen I starter megas (up until Charizard X)>Most of the megas>Fairy type>Pokemon Amie>Starter final evos, assuming the ones we've seen are legit - I especially love Greninja>Pancham and PangoroBad points
>Having X and Y megas for some Pokemon - I don't see the point of this and it seems like overkill>Most of the designs, I haven't seen an "that is fucking awesome, do want" design yet unlike with previous gens>Revealed evos, I was going to use Spritzee on my team until this (might still use it if it turns out to have a 3rd evolution)Bear in mind this is all opinion, I'm not trying to start an argument.
Simple answer: I won't use any Pokemon that I've seen and don't like, but will give unfamiliar Pokemon a chance on my team. I'll only give up with the franchise if Gen VI turns out to be horrible all around.
