I'd like them more if Chesnaught had more of an armored "knightly" pokemon theme and less of a spiky robot digimon theme.
I'd also like them more if Delphox wasn't just plain ugly.

Greninja is chill by me though. Maybe I can put together a tongue based team.

So, I liked Chespin from the start, but I don't like Chesnaut.

I was always indifferent towards froakie because I'm definitely using clauncher.

I thought of Fennikin as mostly furbait, but I kind of like it's last form. It's very wizardish. I think I'll take fennikin.

Chesnaught looks so dumb compared to the other two

Freninja looks sleek, Delphox looks elegant but Chesnaught looks like something a 10 year old made. Its arms are too long and its head looks awkward

his signiture is a Lightscreen type of move where the enemy takes half of what damage they deal.

so, enemies will be reluctant to use their strongest attacks and so they will hold back, the bulkiness will even out the damage.

Back when Greninja was supposed to be Fighting and Chesnaught was supposed to be dark, it was going to have the typical starter triangle going one way, and a fighting-dark-psychic going the other way, meaning that Delphox could fight Water with Psychic, and Chesnaut could fight Fire with Dark.

Now, it's just going to make one starter's advantage over another bigger.

Fakefox looks infinitely worse than Delphox. I still have no plans to pick Fennekin, mainly because Chesnaught is a confirmed bro, but Delphox is miles better than what i was afraid it was going to be. (Renamon with a witch hat)

I'm ok with them. I mean, it's not what I expected, but am excited to start with them unlike a certain other generation.

Blaziken's speed is mediocre at best. It has high Attack and Special Attack. Otherwise it's stuck in the base 80 trench unless it has the laughably OP Speed Boost.

In no way is that a physical version of what you just described.
