Alright /vp/. I still see these guys as being based off a thief, mage, and knight. So with that, what 3 other Pokes can I include in my future team to make a Medieval based Fantasy team? I'm looking for Pokemon that LOOK like not necessarily act like a Cleric, Necromancer, Archer, Dancer, Fighter, etc. Excavalier is all that comes to mind at the moment...

I'd second the choices of Excavalier/Mismagius/Gardevoir. The latter also has the slender build and grace to fit the dancer archetype in a pinch, though "White Mage" is the closer fit.
