I think the person was more asking if they knew when/where eye color could be changed--the picture shows it can.

First guy who posted leaks showed a screenshot with "Skin Treatments", "Facial Hair", and Extras (as seen uploaded). Not sure what extras entails or how soon this is but... sounds like you can change skin too.
