According to Serebii, they're gods of life and destruction respectively(I guess they couldn't get away with death. Creation and destruction was the traditional duality, but whatever)
Will they be a slightly higher power level than Groudon and Kyogre? Maybe as powerful as Reshiram and Zekrom? I doubt they'll be more powerful than Dialga and Palkia lorewise, them being gods of time and space and all.
