No, this is the Hadena factor - a special/series comes out that has no simulcast subs and a lot of fan interest from the anime community as a whole, so some incompetent fuck shits out some horribly badly done shit to make sure they're first.

Non-seasonal shows usually have a single competent, but not really very fast, group working on it.

Spanishfag here, and they weren't, they were quite accurate. All the names are translated though, but besides that there were no mistakes, they even took the time to give colors to most charecters dialogues.
