Being serious here, since you get Torchic+Blazikenite as a gift, I'd guess there couldn't possibly be any difference by version.
Why would they look at your version when you load the pokemon and decide: "You've got X, you get Blazikenite X!" ?
That would defeat the whole sense of later being able to trade pokemon holding mega-stones of the other version you want.
