There's one thing in Pokemon that has NEVER EVER been explained that I hoped Origin was gonna explain

It didn't.

And that is who the fuck names the Pokemon? More so in the game universe where they don't say their names. Who names them? Who looks at a Blaziken and gets to decide its species name? Just any random fuck that gets to the Pokemon government first? Do they even have one?

Like is it seriously just one guy that went "This thing looks like Ken from Street Fighter, and he's blazing hot. We should call him Blaziken"
