Ive been leveling up my Delphox to Level 50....Here are its current stats and moves (i have not used any TMs/HMs)

Neutral Nature
Health = 158
Attack = 73
Defense = 73

he lives on the route before/after the Fighting Gym (between levels 18-24)

Cannot take a hit. Most I found were level 19-20, and all where 1-shotted by Braixen with Psybeam, who was only Level 25-26 at the time.

It could be useful to shutting down Calm Minders, but its low BP makes it much less useful against physical attackers, not to mention that it is useless against fast attackers unless you hit them on the switch. There's a reason moves that lower Attack and Special Attack aren't that popular. But it might end up having niche use. You never know what the new meta game brings.

Yeah I've seen that image. If we consider the blue dots to be cities then it's smaller than BW2 Unova.

Depends how much there is outside of that to be discovered and how those cities/routes scale compared to other regions.

Grants signature is Diggersby (so im guessing he is Normal/Rock) at Level 21
Korrina's signature is Lucarionite at Level 26 (Who is super annoying...she teaches you that Megas are buffed as fuck)

Yeah, although I do see potential. Don't forget it has a secondary STAB that's better for straight attacking. Most things you want to hits with fire attacks you can afford to heat with weak ones (ferrothorn, scizor, forretress, skarm, etc. are all threatened by Mystic Fire with high enough base SpA). With the right stats, I could see Delphox building up pressure against rain teams (at least much more pressure than without it).
Mystic Fire could be a great move with the right hidden ability (especially shadow tag) or if it hits both enemies in doubles (so you can combine it with an intimidate mon for ultimate cockblocking).
