I read the move description and to me, it sounds like a wall effect akin to Reflect and Light Shield.

Spike Shield is Protect that deals damage what kind of damage no one knows

Mystic Fire is a weak ass special Fire attack that lowers Spec. A when it hits

Water Shurkien is a priority Water type Fury Attack

Their signature moves are all shit aside Spike Shield which could be vicious if it deals a percentage of the base damage of the move like Double-Edge recoil

Now that I think about it, that description isn't very helpful. It could mean that it functions like Protect and make the user immune to damage for one turn, or it could function like Reflect and "protect" the user for 5 turns by raising its defense.

Also, Spikey Shield has 10 PP whereas Protect/Detect have 5 PP. If Spikey Shield does function like Protect, it's weird that it has 10 PP unless Protect/Detect also had their base PP increased.

A 65 base power move that only has 10 PP is totally worthless even if it lowers Special Attack.

Just use Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fiery Dance, Flare Burst, Flare Blitz, etc. You get better reward for those moves than you do Mystic Fire

Water Shurkien is shit as well unless Cloyster or another Skill Link Pokemon gets it, a muti-hit attack is garbage on non Skill Link Pokemon due to the random chance

Spike Shield is the only promising attack when have so far

But it has perfect accuracy, which means its going to be better than Aqua Jet most of the time.

Chespin looks pretty much fine with the stuff we can expect it to get: Seed Bomb, Leech Seed, Drain Punch, Stone Edge, Wood Hammer, Bulk Up. Mach Punch would be really great, too. Spike Shield as a Protect variant will be really cool.

Delphox is gonna be a bad case since I have no idea what it could end up doing in competitive play. Maybe if it goes Gothitelle all the way and gets Shadow Tag as well.

For Greninja, I really hope it gets and insane movepool, including Power Whip, Close Combat, Flamethrower and all the Ice moves. It's pretty much set to get Grass Knot anyway. With the incredible Water Shuriken, it can then become a slightly different, perhaps better Infernape.

What outside of Brelom even uses multi-hit attacks (Not counting Double Kick or Double hit as those will always hit twice) the Skill Link Pokemon. No one fucking uses Tail Slap, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, etc without Skill Link that shit is retaded

There's a damn difference though.
Water Shuriken has priority. At WORST it'll have 30 BP, which is almost as much as Aqua Jet.
Next you're gonna tell me Aqua Jet or Mach Punch is shitty.

First of all, Double Kick and Double Hit DO count, because that's exactly the scenario you use multihit moves for. In the worst case, it hits a bit weaker then those, but that's not the point. People want to break subs and sturdy and shit. You sound like one of those faggots that still preferred Seed Bomb on Tenchiloom. Sure, it's a bit more random, but in most cases Water Shuriken is much better than Aqua Jet. That's the whole point.

25+25=50 for the 2 turn minimum, 10 more than aqua jet stuck at 40.

Since you didn't read my post I will say it again I said it mislooked the priority of Water Shuriken and that does give it an edge over Aqua Jet sometimes however because it has a low chance of actually passing three hits you aren't going to be dealing alot of damage with it hence why using it in something that does not have Skill Link is stupid and using it on Pokemon with Technician is a risky choice but it CAN work if you get lucky enough

Double kick and Double hit do NOT count because they are promised to hit twice max, hence why they are stronger than the moves that can hit anywhere from 2-5 like Water Shuriken. You need Skill Link to make those type of moves viable options however Water Shuriken is more viable on its own due to having priority I never denied that
