But to answer the OP, yes, it will rise significantly. It loses its very important weakness and gains 2 irrelevant ones. Doesn't mean I won't set up all over its ass with Doublade (or hopefully, Triblade).

Blissey doesn't need to be hit with a SE move, as long as it's physical. Scizor's faster, can either OHKO with the obvious Superpower, or U-turn.
That being said, just because it gains a weakness, that doesn't mean shit, so that anon was dumb.
It loses a super common weakness, gains a soon-to-be more seen weakness (which is still less common than Fighting), and a fuckton of nice resistances.
It's a net gain by far.
