I remember way back in pokemon yellow, I had accidentally found the cave or the Articuno on a quest for my sixth badge. I had my ass handed to me several times, before getting the best of my best together, and effectively wrecking that bastard until it was in the red. I then threw my great ball...and continued to miss. It was too early to catch it, and what's worse, I didn't know how to make it out of the cave. I ended up committing sudoku by having it beat me again, and ended up back at the pokemon center. It was a sad day.
