You think so? I'd like to hear from a Gengar fan as to WHY you don't.

Personally, I think it's pretty fuckin' rad. Fits the theme with it sinking into the ground like a shadow, make him a bit more shapely, has nice coloring, and just looks.. cool and original.

Kinda curious about what aspects you don't like.

Hm, alright.
Gengar always looked kind of childish to me.
That's why I liked it.
Not really malicious, just kind of a joker, like he was in the cartoon.
This one seems more... serious?
And the third eye is no good either.
Plus that fire or whatever it is coming from the ground won't look good animated, same as Charizard X's mouth fire.
So yeah I'm not super butthurt or anything it's just a meh design IMO.

I'm really wondering about it's stats. As we saw with MegaLucario, GF seems to be quite aware of what stats it SHOULD be improving (The spread was 70/145/70/140/70/115 for the uninformed).
Makes me think GF might be smart and boost Speed and HP along with MegaZard X's attack. Would make for a killer Roost Dragon Dancer.

Gloom gets smaller when it evolves into Bellossom. Hell, I think even Oddish is heavier than Bellossom. Same goes for Porygon2 compared to Porygon.
