Those "evolution" with the item drawback are going to be useless. Most of them at least.
Mega Lucario got saved by Adaptability. On non-STAB moves it's inferior to normal Lucario @ Life Orb.

If you can't kill the opponent in 1 hit you're dead anyway. Offensive it's more important then HP for Lucario.
ib4 Mega Blaziken will suck if it doesn't have like 180 base Atk and 130 base Spd.
