Greninja is the best final stage water starter of them all, but in the context of its evolutionary line it's a little jarring. Still, not overdesigned, but not bland either. Could be tweaked a little, but then so could most Pokemon. 9.5/10
Chesnaught is okay when taken by itself I guess, but there's so many awkward design decisions, like all the lines on its body, the colour scheme, it's long limbs and it's awkward face. It's even worse when you consider how much it deviates from its evolutionary line. Good concept, poor execution. I think there was too many ideas floating around this Pokemon that kind of conflict, after all it's a chestnut-rodent-knight. 5/10
Delphox is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, it looks like a fire mage fox. On the other hand, it's really plain. It's just a real "nothing" design. It's not particularly cool, elegant or intimidating. I don't particularly want to use this Pokemon, unlike Greninja, who is incredibly slick, and Chesnaught, who is at least somewhat interesting to look at. Bland design. 3.5/10
