Gen 6 is wonderful and all, it really is. But are we going to be getting any (non-mega) evolutions of previous generations' pokemon?

Nope. It would conflict with Gen V, which introduced the Eviolite. The only evolutions of old Pokemon are going to be branched evolutions of Pokemon who already had old evolutions.

Yes, like how Piloswine just magically was able to learn and evolve through Ancient Power come Gen 4. This type of canon has been broken before.
