I just would like to remind you on the fact that the Sinnoh region dex didn't include ALL new pokemon of the 4th gen!

A lot of the new Pokemon (being mainly legendarys or new evolutions of old pokemon [like Weavile, Lickilicky, Rhyperior, Tangrowth, Electivire, Magmortar, Togekiss and some more...]) were NOT in the Sinnoh-dex back then. You were not able to get and see them till you obtained the nationaldex.
So... isn't it possible that it will be similar in X and Y? There could be A LOT MORE new pokemon in the post game.
