I mean, at the minimum, there has to be at least a 5 year difference between Gen I/III and B2W2, likely a lot more than that heading 8+ years. So shouldn't the characters that participated in the world tournament age also? Nevermind gym leaders and champions were possibly changed around like they did before in the years.
I can let someone like Misty slide for looking the same as they did before, but how can Maylene still look like a loli, Jasmine not look like a christmas cake, and Red not being a dead ghost?
