>>14235507I'll add that, thanks to Team Preview, even newbie battlers who've been at it for an hour know not to lock themselves into outrage while their opponent has something like Heatran or Ferrothorn, but they won't care if the opponent has a fucking keyring because they don't have to suffer any consequences.
Plebs think Outrage is auto-win, but it only sweeps because you take everything that can resist it out first. Fairy delays the sweep without harming the sweeper.
>>14235498I'll admit that we don't have the information to say how Azumarill's movepool will change. Unless it gets Fairy Priority, though, a Dragon with either confusion-curing berry and a boost or two can keep sweeping because nodefense.
>>14235687>Faster fairy>Implying anyone sweeps with outrage without a DDance>Implying Outrage sweepers aren't among the fastest mons in OUAlso, I'll link you to one of my earlier posts, which I don't think you read, which discusses the scenario of being forced to switch out from a Fairy.
It's here:
>>14235306Most things can survive a non-boosted non-stab hit from salamence. I don't think you understand the mechanics of Outrage sweeping. Maybe that's why you're so fuzzy on this.
Here, since you're new to this, I'll explain how a 13-year-old would be able to handle a faster Floette3 with Garchomp.
Team preview -> see something that can OHKO and probably outspeeds -> Don't outrage until it's dead, bait it and hit it for SE with a coverage move.
Try to remember this! It's very typical behavior!
