I mean look at you! You are weak to Water, Grass, Rock, Ground, Steel and Fighting. Your only resists are to the two worst attacking types, and the most poorly distributed attack type in the whole game. You're obviously slow, and whatever bulk you get is worthless!
What can I do with you other than use you anyway. I will name you Lapras 2.0 and weep bitter solidified tears with you every time your majesty is toppled by a single Mach or Bullet Punch.

So who else likes a pokemon that can never be good?
