As Fairy is a new type, there will be quite a few pokemon introduced to balance it out. As for the other types, it could be explained by the region once we see it, as it might not have as many ares to cater for them. Plus in all the leaks, there is lots of past pokemon of those types in game. But we'll have to wait and see.

Every single one of them (Carbink, Klefki, Aromapiss) have been garbage so far. Only Flowerfag looks remotely promising, and those promises are sure to be shattered like porcelain
