And from the looks of things this Bank system will be a bit more tight in terms of that. Nintendo flat out mentions in some interview that the RNG stuff annoys them but they can't really do much about it, so they're trying to implement features to prevent abuse and Pokesav and such.
Competitive battling will never be a fair ground to play on until the field is levelled between those who have access to perfect Pokemon and the everyday player who wants to get into it with determination alone.
Play on simulators if you want it purely skill based. That's all.
